Sphinx's Riddle

You and target opponent each discard your hands, then each draw seven cards. That opponent reveals his or her hand, shuffles that hand, then you name a card. Reveal a card at random from that opponent's hand.
If it is the named card, he or she discards his or her hand. Otherwise, you reveal your hand, that opponent chooses a card from it, then you discard that card.
