Spider Ring

Adamantine ring in the shape of a spider. When
put on a finger, the spider's legs grip tightly and
it it sinks its fangs into your flesh. The ring can
not be removed by normal means. While worn,
the ring converts poison damage to temporary
HP, but leaves you vulnerable to bludgeoning
damage.
