Spidey Sense

Whenever a permanent you control
becomes the target of a spell or ability for
the first time during a turn, reveal the top
card of your library. If it's a noncreature spell, you may discard a card. If you do, you
may cast it without paying its mana cost. If
you don't, you may put the card on the
bottom of your library.
