You create a deadly pit with spikes at the bottom (10 ft deep/2
levels, maximum 50 ft). Creatures who fall in the pit take regular
falling damage plus 2d6 piercing damage. Any creature who contacts
the walls (includes climbing out) takes 1d6 piercing damage each
round. The pit's walls have a Climb DC of 20.
