Spikes On The Grille

At the beginning of the upkeep of each player higher than you on the leaderboard, that player exiles all cards from their hand facedown.
At the beginning of the upkeep of each player equal to or lower than you on the leaderboard, that player chooses a card exiled with Spikes On The Grille, adds it to their hand, and gains ownership of it.
