Spin Doctoring

When this card enters the battlefield, you may choose two words/number from the cards on your battlefield and swap them. This can be ability costs, ability levels. This can only be used once per game, and you can not change the words/numbers swapped, even if the card is removed. But if the card comes back onto the battlefield, the swap will happen.
