Spiral Nemesis

Each player exiles all permanents in their hand, graveyard, library, and under their control. Then, each player's life total becomes equal to its starting value. Then, each player selects 60 or more cards from their collection and shuffles those cards into their library. Cards named "Spiral Nemesis" cannot be selected in this way.
