You may look at the bottom card of your library
at any time.
You may cast instant or sorcery cards from the
bottom of your library.
When Spiral, Timedancer dies, put it on the
bottom of its owner's library and exile up to one
other target creature. Return that creature to the
battlefield under its owner's control at the
beginning of the next end step.
