Spire's Heart

When a legendary creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may choose target player, then pay life equal to the creature's converted mana cost. They create a 1/1 copy of the legendary creature except it has "This creature cannot attack or block" and is a nightmare in addition to it's other types.
