Spirit Bound

Repeat the following process X times. Each
opponent loses 5 life unless that player puts the
top 3 cards of their library in to exile or sacrifices
2 nonland permanents and puts a 2/2 spirit
token on to the battlefield for each creature they sacrificed this way.
