When Spirit Gathering enters the battlefield, for each creature, exile it and its controller creates a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.
If a creature would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it and its owner creates a 1/1 white Spirit token with flying.
Death is just the beginning of the end.
