Spirit of the Tides

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell you may pay {4}. If you do, put an 0/0 white and black spirit monk creature token with sunburst on the battlefield(This enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each color of mana spent to cast it.)
We embrace the tides rather than go against them.
