Spiteful Ferryman

When Scheming Ferryman enters the battlefield,
if you cast it, you may put target Curse card in
your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield.
At the beginning of each endstep, each player
loses 1 life for each Curse attached to them or
a permanent they control.
