Spiteful Prisoner

At the beginning of each upkeep, reveal the top card of your library. If that card is a creature card, Spiteful Prisoner cannot attack or block until end of turn. You may put that card into your graveyard.
When Spiteful Prisoner deals combat damage
to a player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
