Spiteful Thaumaturge

Whenever another Wizard you control dies,
you may exile it. If you do, you may activate
one of it's activated abilities without paying
it's activation costs.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Spiteful Thaumaturge is in your graveyard, you may exile target card from a graveyard.
