At the beginning of your upkeep, if Splinter
Mine is untapped, put a charge counter on it.
Then, if it has 3 or more charge counters on it, destroy all creatures.

Tap a legendary creature: Tap Splinter Mine. Both Splinter Mine and that creature don't untap during untap phases. Any player may activate this ability.
