Split In Half

Half all player's life rounded down. All players
sacrifice half their lands rounded up. Do the
same for creatures, planeswalkers, artifacts,
and enchantments. All players discard half their
hand rounded up. Each player exiles the top
half of their graveyard rounded up. (In that
order.)
