If you don't control at least one permanent
named Fa and one permanent named Gi,
Sploot isn't a creature. If you do, Splootfagi
creatures you control get Haste and have "When
this creature deals combat damage, you may have
it deal 1 damage to any target."
Sploot gets +1/+1 for each other Splootfagi you
control.
