Spooky Command

Choose two:
-Create 2 0/1 Skeletoot tokens with battle cry and spook 1
-Put target creature on top of it's owner's library
-Each player reveals the top 4 card of their library, then puts those cards on the bottom of their library
-Creatures you control gain menace until end of turn
