Spooky Shoal

You may exile a spooky card from your hand with converted mana cost X rather than paying Spooky Shoal's mana cost.
Exile the top X cards of your library. For each spooky cards exiled this way, create a 0/1 Skeletoot token with battle cry and spook 1 (Whenever that creature attacks or dies, each player reveals one card from the top of their library, then puts it on the bottom of their library.)
