Spoon of Stirring

This spoon can be stirred once per day in a bottle of ordinary water to create a healing potion (2d4+2 HP). This potion lasts until it
is consumed or the spoon is used to create a
new potion.
If the spoon is used to stir a drink or soup,
the contents turn a sickly green if they are poisonous or diseased.
