Spreading Sickness

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, choose a creature that player controls. That player may sacrifice the chosen creature. If they don't, place a -1/-1 counter on that creature, then place a -1/-1 on up to X other creatures that player controls, where X is the number of -1/-1 counters on the chosen creature.
