Pay three cosmic counters to reveal the top card
of your opponent's library.
If a creature, copy its power and toughness until
end of turn. If a land, add two of that mana type
to your mana pool. If a sorcery or instant, you
may immediately pay the cost to cast it yourself.
If an artifact, do nothing.
Then shuffle that card back into your opponent's library.
