Whenever Spy Drone enters or leaves the
battlefield fateseal 1. (To fateseal 1, look at the top
card of an opponent's library, then you may put it on
the top or bottom.)
{2}{w/u}: Exile Spy Drone. Return it to the
battlefield under it's owner's control at the
beginning of the next end step.
