Spy's Static Noise

Reveal a card in your hand to an opponent, covering the card's art and all mentions of the card's name. That opponent guesses the
card's name. You may uncover the card's art
and name. If you do, and they guessed wrong, you may cast that card without paying its
mana cost.
Not even other agents can make out its code.
