Squadron Docks

Squadron Docks enters the battlefield tapped unless
you control a Sailor.

{t}: Add {u} to your mana pool.

{u}, {t}: Target Sailor creature gains Sailing until
end of turn. (This creature can only be blocked by
blue creatures or creatures with flying or sailing.)

Halifax's first formal regatta was organized by the
Navy and held in July of 1826.
