charges from the staff and cause it to create 1 of
the following bird calls out to a range of 60 ft:
finch, raven, duck, chicken, goose, loon, turkey,
seagull, owl, or eagle.
Staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges at dawn.
If last charge spent, roll a d20. On 1, staff bursts
in a harmless cloud of bird feathers and is lost.
