Allows to cast counterspell using user's slots.
Allows to cast Shadow Flame (stats Sacred Flame,
necro dmg, fixed DC 15 2D8 dmg).
Allows to cast Shadow Aura:
3rd level, 60 ft radius, concetration,
sources of bright light only emit bright light in
one hex, the rest is dim light.
