The staff has 7 charges, which are used to fuel
the spells within. With staff in hand, you can
use your action to cast one of the following:
Mage Armor (1) Shield (2)
The staff regains 1d8 charges each day at dawn. If the staff is fully expended, roll a d20, on a 1 it shatters.
