Staff of Fallen Warriors

For each creature destroyed at the end of a players turn, the opposite player loses life
equal to half that creature attack points rounded up.
When 13 creatures have been destroyed, destroy Staff of Fallen Warriors and put all creatures from all graveyards on to their
owners field
