If you cast a cantrip that requires an attack
roll, and the first attack roll you make is a
19 or a 20, you gain the ability to cast a
second cantrip this round as a bonus action.
In addition, if the staff is used to cast magic
missile, it creates 1 more dart than it
normally would.
