Staff of Transference
+2 to hit. On a hit, does 2d6 bludgeoning damage. If rolls sum equals 10-12, target is also knocked prone. This staff drains life from the target on a successful hit. Take the amount of damage rolled and half it, that's how much life the staff stores, stacking up to 25 HP. To transfer the HP from the staff, the wielder must be in contact with the staff. If the wielder wishes to give the stored HP to a party member, both parties must be in contact with the staff, one on each end.
