Staggercasting

Use this ability only in combat and
only once per combat.
During your turn, choose a spell that you can
cast. Then, drop a marker at your current
location, roll a d4, and set the die aside.
Doing this does not require an action. At the
beginning of your next turn(s), reduce the
number on the d4 die by 1. When the result
becomes 0, you may cast the selected spell as a
free action. If you do, cast it as though you were
standing in the location where you left the marker.
