Stairs Trap

Play this gang tactic instead of activating a fighter.
Choose a set of Stairs anywhere on the battlefield.
All fighters on the chosen Stairs immediately fall
(place them within 2" of the foot of the Stairs in
an order chosen by the player whose gang tactic
this is). The fighters are then Pinned and suffer
damage from falling as normal.
