Stakeout

Choose another Spy to stakeout and when
they earn a passport stamp, you will earn
the same XP and Clue as them. This
stakeout must remain a spy secret until it
is revealed by the Spy Master. If the Spy is
aware you are running a stakeout on
them, your operation is busted.
