Stalins Blessing

Councils dilemma- In a clockwise order, starting
from the player who cast Stalins Blessing, each
player votes for agriculture or industry. If you
voted for agriculture, sacrifice X creatures, each
other player does the same. If you voted for industry, sacrifice X creatures, each other player
does the same.
