When an age counter is placed on a permanent, create a colorless 1/1 Spirit creature token named
'Time Paradox' with '{t} Add {1}. Spend this mana only to pay cumulative upkeep costs.'

At end step, if you have three or more 'Time Paradox' tokens, you may phase target permanent until the end of your next turn.
