STALLED, Time Locked

When you draw the first card per turn, create a copy of Stalled, Time Locked except it's not legendary and has "This creature can't attack or block."

At your upkeep, if you control four or more creatures named Stalled, you may pay {2}{u}{b}{r}and all copies lose the "can't attack or block" clause until end of turn.

When Stalled, Time Locked is exiled or dies draw a card.
