I hunger - Whenever a land or a zombie enters the battlefield under your control, place a hunger counter on Stalor.

Release the Beast - Remove X hunger counters from Stalor and remove X lands or creatures from your battlefield and/or graveyard: Distribute X +1/+1 counters on any number of creatures. Those creatures gain trample until end of turn.
