Stamp Act

Whenever an opponent says the word "tea" you may tap target land the opponent controls and create one Treasure token (It's an artifact with "{t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color."). If the enemy controls no untapped lands, destroy the target tapped land the opponent controls.
