Stamp Out

Each player sacrifices all but two lands. Then,
each player sacrifices all creatures save for a
number equal to the number of colors of mana
the lands sacrificed by that player could
produce. Then, if {b} was spent to cast Stamp
Out, each player mills nine cards.
As this spell resolves, if it is not a copy and
{u}{b} was spent to cast it, you may copy it.
