When a creature you control deals combat
damage to a player, you may Scry 2, then
fateseal 2. (To fateseal 2, look at the top two cards of
an opponent's library, then put any number of them on
the bottom of that player's library and the rest on top
in any order.)
{2},{t}: Look at target opponent's hand and
choose a card from it. Put that card on top of
that player's library.
