Standstill

Starting with you put a Standstill counter on
target creature you don't control. Then target
opponent puts a Standstill counter on target
creature they don't control. Repeat this process
until you or an opponent can't put a counter on
a creature. Creatures with Standstill counter can't
attack.
Sometimes army just stand and stare at each other.
