Star-Right Skies

Star-Right Skies enters the battlefield with 3
ritual counters. Whenever a horror enters the
battlefield under your control, remove a ritual
counter from Star-Right Skies. If that create has
a triggered ability, create a copy of it. You may
choose new targets for the copy.
When Star-Right Skies has no ritual counters on
it, sacrifice it and return up to one horror
creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
