Starfield Temple

Starfield Temple enters the battlefield tapped.
{t}: Add {w}, {u}, {b} or {r} to your mana pool.
{2}{w}{u}{b}{r}: Scry 1, then reveal the top card of
your library. If an instant card is revealed that
way, copy that card. Until end of turn, target
opponent may cast that card without paying it's
mana cost, if he does, copy that spell. You may
choose new targets for the copy.
