Stargate

Stargate untaps on each players' untap step.
{4}{t} search target player's library for a nonland card and add it to your hand.
Any player may activate stargate, but only during their turn and only once per turn.
When stargate is destroyed, each player discards their hand and sacrifices their all permanents.
