Starscourge Radahn cost {x} less to cast, where X is
the difference between your life and the life of a
target opponent.

At the beginning of your endstep, each opponent
creates a 2/2 Red Warrior of the Festival creature
token. Whenever a Warrior of the Festival creature
token is delt damage, draw cards equal to the
damage. If this card leaves the field destroy all
Warrior of the Festival tokens and draw cards equal
to their combined toughness.
