Start Gathering

Starting with you, each player may shuffle any
number of legendary permanents they own
into their library. Then, for each permanent
shuffled this way, it's controller reveals the top
card of their library until they reveal a card that
shares a color with one of the cards shuffled into
their library this way. That card is put into their
hand. Shuffle the rest into their library.
