You may cast Staticapsule Geist as though it had flash if you control a spell on the stack.
When Staticapsule Geist enters the battlefield, exile each spell on the stack, then create that many colorless artifact tokens named Capsule. They have "Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
