The Character loses all Energy and Belief.
•Stunned-Victim of an Effect: The Character
cannot Attack or Move, but can Defend.
•Prone-Victim of an Effect: Character Flight is 0
and can't Defend or Move, but can Attack.
{bull}Surprised-Various: All Roll Pools get -2.
{bull}Hidden- Various: Can only Sneak Attack. Can
be seen with a Perception vs Stealth Roll.
{bull}Flying- Non-Fliers can't move to Melee Dist.
